I ordered a Ktuned tensioner pulley The bearing inside of it went bad in the 1st 5 minutes of idling. called customer service was told I would get a reply for the warranty In 24 hours. 48 hours later still no email. Very unhappy will be the last time I do business with this company

THMotorsports cost me a $350 HPDE entry fee when they failed to ship brake pads I ordered until over 2 weeks later. I ordered Hawk Blue pads which seemed to be in stock (no indications otherwise), weeks in advance of an event. I received an email a few days later saying they would be shipping direct from the supplier... no problem I thought, slight delay. Then the front pads showed up with no rears... then another week went by with no communication. When I reached out to them again they said it would ship a week later, after my HPDE event. In 2018, this is unacceptable. I should not have to place an order a month in advance when the site claims 2-3 day shipping. I actually live only 20 minutes from their fulfillment center which makes it even more ridiculous. I've never had this issue with Summit, Hoerr, Pelican Parts, or even dealership parts desks.

Was supposed to get a $20.61 discount that was never received. Sent them 5 emails inquiring. Instead of responding they sent the merchandise without the discount.

Horrible service order part online paid my money they collected my money and then proceeded the next day to start processing a refund without even telling me what happened. Of course they were out of the part that though they had it advertised as in stock and took my money. They never even contacted me to tell me what was going on meanwhile I'm 2 to 3 days behind on a project I need to get complete very unhappy very unprofessional service. Terrible communication and by far the worst customer service I've experienced.

Horrible service. Refused to honor listed price on first order, took a week, a phone call, and multiple emails for them to even acknowledge the second order and admit that the part was out of stock, but somehow magically became available the next day.

Watch out for these guys . They will send some junk out to you missing parts. Then feed you bs. Over and over. For a month . They operate under Motor city sports etc. FINIALLY, sent me some parts month later . Still wrong. Had to end up spending more money going to a local shop to round up parts to finish . Stick with Sunmmit racing . Pay the $100 more . Their is a reason . They are cheaper . They suck. Trust me ..

I only had one transaction and it was bad. I placed an order online and a day later I received an email stating the order had to be cancelled and the reason was due to an "incorrect product description". But the description was 100% accurate. The real reason they cancelled the order is because they advertised it at a price they couldn't meet. I took a screenshot and called their bluff, but then they went and updated the price on the page. They should have sold the item for a loss before doing so, because it was their mistake. I'll never do business with businesses that act shady like this.
