I was expecting 3 pairs of glasses at…
I was expecting 3 pairs of glasses at 2.5 strength. What I received was 1 pair 2.5 and 2 at 1 strength. I am upset. I thought your web site automatically carried the spec when just adding 2 more of same lens. Also the shipment took a long time. This is second time I ordered from you. And am very disappointed.

best customer service
emailed because the nose guards had fallen off several sets of readers and just received new"readers" as replacements. The readers are clearer than most otc glasses that I buy and the customer service is extraordinary. Thank you Thin Opics, my husband and I recommend your products to everyone as often as possible. We have been customers for many years.

Cheap production glasses that are…
Cheap production glasses that are supposed to be strong enough to bend and yet the nose pieces and glasses break constantly..."Lifetime guarantee" REALLY ???? WHERE. The magnetic cases are a real laugh as they fall off. Expecting a refund on all I've purchased and await a reply to my email.
