I had to reorder because the glasses do…
I had to reorder because the glasses do not stay in the case. My phone stays in my back pocket but if I pull my phone out the glasses fly out of the holder. Which my last pair that happened and I was out of town and went to go use the glasses and they were gone. I would recommend more secure way to keep the glasses in the holder.

I put my thin optics on my phone. I always have a pair of glasses. Very handy.

Fit too low on bridge of nose
Fit too low on bridge of nose. The optics didn't seem as powerful as other 2.5 lenses I already have. Small enough to carry around on a key chain which is one benefit.

We're glad you appreciate the convenient key chain size, but we're sorry to hear the fit on your nose bridge and the lens strength didn't quite hit the mark. Because our stemless glasses rely on nose placement, slight adjustments to positioning can often make a big difference in optical clarity. I will be sure to raise this with our design team.

Your customer service pserson answered my questions, making it easy to reorder. I like your product, you ship in a timely manner, and your customer service person was professional, friendly, helpful. I don't know what anyone else's needs are, but for me, having glasses without the ear stems for reading in bed and for when I'm at the hair salon having color set is so helpful.
