My experience has been very satisfactory. In the case of the product "The lenses" are all that they offer and my satisfaction is 100%. Effectively the lenses do not scratch or break. And what is seen in advertising is just what is received. EXCELLENT In the case of the experience of the service, I have to state that the company ThinOptics has responded without presenting any difficulty to the reposition of a lost order (in the national curriculum) sending another package with a similar content in less than 48 hours. Love this product! I wear prescription glasses but constantly misplace them. I carry ThinOptics on the back of my iPhone and they rescue me several times a day. The all-points-bulletin desperation of missing my regular glasses is solved with ThinOptics. Plus the one time I had a customer service interaction, the person was helpful.

Please rethink twice to buy a thin optical from thinoptics company. As i bought it last month tried to use it for 3 hours. Its left irritated red mark on both side of my nose and the plastic glass is easy scratch every where on surface when try to clean with glass cloth. The thinoptics company offer me to return it in USA. however, they don't have an agent in Australia to accept as the costs bear higher than i bought it.

Placed an order and paid through paypal. Nothing happened. They took my money but did not send the glasses. After a week I contacted them to be told that the order was cancelled. BUT THEY STILL HAD MY MONEY according to paypal. I was told to contact paypal. I have raised a paypal dispute and now have to wait 2 days before I can escalate it and then wait for Paypal to look into the matter and ask for proof of delivery etc etc. It will be weeks before I get my money back.

Deceptive "lifetime guarantee" policy.....it says lifetime guarantee on the top of every page on their website yet you have to click on the words in order to read the fine print which let's you know that it's a very "limited" lifetime guarantee....even if they do agree to replace an item, they will charge you $5 for shipping and handling....this includes the glasses, the case and even the adhesive strips which will cost $5 to ship....the product itself is worth about $5 to begin with..... ••••••••••SEE BELOW FOR THEIR GENERIC RESPONSE which doesn’t address the nuances of my complaint uncluding the outrageous shipping cost and the very limited guarantee based on whether it not you sneezed that day or some other vague action making the guarantee invalid.

ThinOptics!! In my opinion these readers are the best thing since sliced bread!! I wear readers all the time and I cannot he without mine so I have many pairs stashed away. I used to be embarrassed to water readers as I’m only 46 but these are so innovative I like wearing them as they are a conversation starter. I used to forgot my readers and now I don’t beachside with their cases my readers are always with me. I am a very active person so I take them kayaking, hiking, site-seeing and of course they work great reading a menu on date night with my husband. Ordering is easy-peasy and the customer service is outstanding. ThinOptics are a great price and the warranty is outstanding. ThinOptics are great as they give me the ability to read print quickly when I'm in an environment that will not allow removal of safety glasses. They are also easy to carry,on a key chain or stuck to my phone case, and always to hand. There are also several choices of case, not just plain black. Can it get any better than this? I seriously doubt so. If it does you can bet the oh-so-professional folks at ThinOPTICS will be the ones responsible for pushing the boundaries of excellence---------even further.
