Absolutely love THIN OPTICS READERS
Absolutely love THIN OPTICS READERS! This is my 5th pair, as I have one in my purse, car, office desk, living room and now on my key chain. I've received so many compliments and have recommended them to so many of my family and friends. Love the colors and styles.

I got two sets of glasses
I got two sets of glasses; but I thought I was ordering them with carrying cases. I prefer the key chain option. I will pay extra for them, if I need to. But I really thought they came together. They are not much use to me the way you sent them.

i ordered a second pair but forgot to…
i ordered a second pair but forgot to use my promo code for 20% off. i could not reach a human to ask if i could please get the discount. then i see the next day 30% off sitwide, so asked about that. i had to leave messages, sent an email and it bounced back, no call back. so, I felt there was no one to assist me with my question.
Response from ThinOpticsOct 5, 2026
Thank you for reaching out, and I am so sorry for the frustration this experience has caused. We completely understand how disappointing it is to miss out on a discount, and it is even more frustrating when you try to reach out for help and hit a wall. Having your email bounce back and not receiving a callback is certainly not the level of support we strive to provide, and I sincerely apologize for the lack of communication. I have seen that a colleague of mine is already reviewing this matter for you. We do ask for your patience while we look into this.
