Be truthful when you describe a product…
Be truthful when you describe a product as MagSafe. It is BS to tag a product in that manner because there is no magnetic component on the case, therefore in its native state, it is “safe” to expose it to one’s phone. By that logic, perhaps cereal companies should brag that their products are MagSafe.

We apologize for the frustration and confusion regarding our product description. To clarify, while this product features our proprietary Connect magnetic mount system, it is not MagSafe compatible. MagSafe relies on Apple's specific circular magnet array, whereas our design uses a separate magnetic layout made specifically for our Connect adhesive mounts and brackets. We appreciate you sharing this feedback, as it shows us where our description needs to be clearer.
