Sent bags that are fakes and poor imitations of the picture they pirated and post on their website. They insist you return it to China to get a full refund even though the website state they are based in Wyoming. The shipping cost exceeds $100 for a 300 gram package. Obviously not going to do that. Very poor experience.

Delivery is taking too long. I remember ordering around July 31st, so it’s really too much that it’s taking over three weeks. I don't know if it’s just my order, but if it’s going to take this long, I wouldn't be so disappointed if you had at least notified me via email beforehand. I haven't received it yet, so I can't write a product review. The way customer service is handled is disappointing.

I never got my package! I sent a e mail to carrier to give delivery instructions after the first failed delivery attempt. They said they understood and don’t worry my package would be delivered. However they did not follow instructions and now they are sending package back! I wanted my package but the delivery service is not reliable at ALL!
