Quality of the product is very poor for the price paid - £60 for a bag which is worth not more than £10. On the website they make it look like the return is going to be FREE for 14 days after delivery date, but when you ask for a return sheet they said you have to pay £20 - 50! Terrible service and poor quality products!!

Scammers from china.. put a bag in my shopping card. Didn’t even continue to pay and still the confirmed my order?!? Wt*. Tried to return it within 10 min, but they already shipped it, again wt*? Return policy says you can cancel any order within 48 hour.. and now we have to pay 20 - 50 $ to return to China. I Call Bullshi*

I bought a bag as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately someone else bought the same gift for that person so I didn't even take mine out of the packaging. I explained what had happened and asked if I could return it. They said I would have to return it to China at my expense despite there being a UK returns address on the packaging. They also offered me a 15% discount which I accepted was paid promptly.

Horrible quality. Material is cheap and thin. A $72 purse that probably weighs a few ounces. Then there is the smell! The bag smells terrible!!!! What a complete scam!!! $72 and a trash bag would be equal quality.

Probably should have checked here before I bought this bag. Bought it as a present and it arrived in a plastic bag at the door. It's a really low quality bag that they have made super cheaply and charged way too much for it. I honestly think I could have made this myself from a youtube tutorial or something. Awful, don't buy it
