Some of these comments are unfair. I bought a bag, it was nice, well packaged, but not what I wanted (too small and didn't like the strap) so I returned it. This is a standard online shopping experience. I had to post it back to china but went on parcel2go and found a reasonable price. The seller was friendly and refunded me straight away.

Credo sia un sito affidabile, a me è arrivato tutto in circa 10 giorni, normale arrivando dalla Cina. La borsa è carina esteticamente ma completamente di plastica, odore terribile. In alcuni punti ha delle imperfezioni (sfilacciamenti, materiale piegato), la metallaria veramente cheap è brutta. Sembra una borsa acquistata nel peggior negozio cinese della vostra città e non si meritano assolutamente i soldi che gli ho dato, 60€ veramente sprecati, altro che pelle vegana, sono vecchi pneumatici fatti a borsetta. Mi spiace perché i modelli sono veramente carini ma piuttosto andate al ristorante con questi soldi, veramente uno spreco. Non comprate su questo sito!

Ho ordinato una borsa che il corriere GLS sosteneva di avere consegnato ma che non mi è mai arrivata. Ho quindi contattato il servizio clienti di Thinkolives che dopo avermi chiesto la corrispondenza con il corriere, ha provveduto in tempi rapidi a spedirmi una nuova borsa con un altro corriere (Amazon Logistics) senza farmela pagare: consegna avvenuta con successo. La mia Olives Puffer Hobo Crossbody è perfetta così come il customer service che mi ha assistito.

Do Not buy! The bag showed up after being shipped from China! Not worth the money. Shoulder strap hardware slides way too easy and overall not worth the money. I contacted customer arrive to return and they were what I would call rude in the email and said I would have to pay return shipping up to $50. Not impressed with the bag or the company, steer clear! This was definitely a mistake to buy this bag.
