Purse smells horrible and colors don’t match

I had a terrible experience with this company. They claim to sell high-quality vegan leather and advertise themselves as a US-based brand. But what I received was cheap, fake leather that smelled awful — definitely not vegan and definitely not premium. There is no way this costs more than $5 to make, yet they're charging premium prices by pretending it’s ethical, sustainable, and US-made. I purchased two bags, and both have extremely poor workmanship and terrible quality. I regret not reading the reviews sooner—this brand is definitely not worth the price. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

Unfortunately the bag size does not fit a laptop so I will not use for work. Inside of the bag is an inner section with a zipper. The bottom of this inside pocket is not sewn all the way down. So loose items such as keys, chapstick, etc become lost in the bottom of the bag. There is no phone pocket or any smaller sections. So it’s really one big open bag.

Got sent the wrong bag- could proove it with pictures and everything but they are stubborn and remain with their wrong answers that this is the correct bag. It‘s not. Absolute Customer unfriendly approach in all
