The bag was great
The bag was great, some of the wax around the handle did come out but I just pulled it and the bag looks just as good

BUYER BEWARE
I ordered a handbag from Olives and they emailed me the very next day and said that it was out of stock. They offered the option of a discount which I responded I would accept. They did not respond or send discount. Then the following week I tried ordering again to see if it was back in stock and the order went through so I assumed it was back in stock. 2 + weeks went by and my order didn't ship. I tried contacting them multiple times over the next few days with no response. Then I discovered they were charging me for two pocketbooks and haven't shipped anything. I have taken it upon myself to stop payment to them from my bank. Scammers.

Non fidatevi di Olives Bag
Metterei zero stelle se potessi. Le borse sono prodotte in Cina. Mi hanno spedito una borsa con corrieri sconosciuti (Yun Express dalla cina che ha affidato a HRParcel in Italia) che lavorano male (è dir poco) e non forniscono prova di consegna. Infatti il pacco è sì arrivato in Italia ma non è mai stato consegnato a casa mia. HRP Parcel prima ha affermato di averlo consegnato e poi dopo diverse settimane di averlo perso. Nonostante questo OLIVES BAG non mi ha MAI RIMBORSATO la borsa che non ho mai ricevuto. Non fidatevi di questa azienda

The bag never arrived, even if it was marked as delivered by the "shipping company". They don't do refund.
