Awful experience. The package has not been sent to me after more than two weeks waiting. Customer service is very bad as they take ages to reply my emails. They said to me I should contact the carrier and I don’t even have a contact number. I want a full refund and they don’t reply. Not recommendable at all.

Do NOT buy this pillow, it’s likely your baby will arrive before your pillow ever does! I have sent 4 emails with only a reply to the 1st since then radio silence. I’m not holding out hope that one day my pillow might arrive but I will be returning it and requesting a refund if it does, Which will likely be ignored
