I have been scammed!!! After checking reviews initially which were positive, I bought the item for £49 on the 4th of October, I have still not received the order and I’ve emailed three times without any reply it comes back as email failed. I set up a credit agreement for three and one payment through PayPal and I’m going to dispute the purchase as a product has not been received and the company appears to be fraudulent. Do not purchase from this company they appear to be scammers!!!

Do not order from this company! They are fraudulent. The company took my payment of £49 on 13 October, i got a confirmation email and then they didn’t send the device. The email they provided bounced back 3 times. Im unsure whether i can claim my money back now. Very unhappy.

Natty took payment for pillow and never sent it. Support email bounces back and says the email doesn't exist anymore. No way to get refund so will be claiming through my bank. Do not buy!

The company no longer exists but still accepts payments - I ordered a pillow over 2 weeks ago, received confirmation (and money taken) and that’s it. Try to email and get bounce back (email no longer exists), emailed through website nothing, now ordered a different pillow and had to do a chargeback via bank.

Warning: avoid this company. They charged my card without a purchase, and when I disputed it with my bank, they promised a refund if I canceled the dispute. I did — and now they’ve blocked my emails and stopped responding. They took money from my account without permission and scammed me. Stay away from this company. Beware of this company – they have stolen my money. I made a purchase, and shortly after, they charged my card again without my permission. After disputing the charge with my bank, the company assured me that they would refund me if I closed the dispute. I complied, but now they have completely ignored all my attempts to contact them and have not issued any refund. They have taken money from my account unlawfully and refused to resolve the issue. Do not trust this company. I am now left with no recourse, but I will continue to expose this scam until they refund me.

Dropshipping scammers from China. Absolutely do not buy. They sell a bad quality counterfeit from babybub made with poor, itchy and hot materials. I got fooled into buying this one thinking I was buying babybub, at the same time my husband bought me the real thing. They are night and day different. Stay away from Natty

Dont buy it from Natty! You can find it much cheaper, for the same quality elsewhere. The velcro doesnt stay and the two small pillows get separated at night, which is super annoying. After a couple off weeks the long pillow gets very flat and doesnt give you any support and the quality off the fabric is so bad. I have it a couple off weeks now and it looks so bad. This was a case off dropshipping cheap Chinese stuff and they rip you off. DO NOT BUY
