I LOVE THINKGEEK! I have shopped with them every Christmas time for the past 5 years and if I online shopped more, I would do it all the time. Their products are awesome and always packaged securely. In all these years I have only had two problems: One, the product was not satisfactory and they gave me my money back and apologized for the product and eventually took it off their product list. Two, I had purchased something for my son and it didn't come in with the rest of the items and it was Christmas time for goodness sake! They paid for the expedited shipping and I got my gift on time so no sad faces. I LOVE THEM!!! I also like how they will email you when a product comes back into stock if it is sold out. Also one of my favorite things is the Geek points you get when you earn with purchases. I saved up all my Geek points and bought this beautiful hand bag for my sister in law. It makes me sad all these one star reviews, because ThinkGeek is amazing!!! Where else can you get really cool original trendy gifts except at ThinkGeek. And no, I am not an employee....just a mom with a lot of Geek family!

I've been a customer of Thinkgeek.com for several years, and have always enjoyed searching their website for the unique items it offers. Their customer service is excellent, and everything I've purchased from them has been delivered either before, or, exactly when they said it would be. If you haven't checked out their website, you should, it is fantastic!

Ordered 2 items on 23rd November, totaling $90 (after black Friday and other discounts, without discount was about $150). Order was placed with no issues, items were shipped the next day. Items were due to arrive on 1st December (good to note I'm in Australia, so only a week to deliver is amazing in itself), but then the items arrived 2 days EARLY, arriving on 29th November!!! Items were also extremely fragile, and arrived in perfect condition. I can't praise ThinkGeek enough and will be recommending them to EVERYONE. This also isn't the first thing I've ordered from them, and ask previous experiences have been fantastic.

I was very pleased with Think Geeks customer service. I had an item that my apartment lost but Think Geek sent my package again for free even though it wasn't their fault.

I rarely encounter problems with ThinkGeek. One of the few times I did was on a Retron5. Their listing claimed AV support, but it only has HDMI. I kept the Retron5 anyway, but notified ThinkGeek of the error. Not only did they correct the product description, they sent me a gift certificate that I used to get a TARDIS Pop!

I have nothing bad to say about Thinkgeek. Im a huge nerd, so I would buy everything if I could! I live in Sweden and I got my stuff on time.

Great webiste; great assistance! I admit; i was skeptical at first due to all the bad reviews i've seen Having had gone through a purchase that went swimmingly well (except for a cracked sword which is being replaced free of charge), I can honestly say i would recommend and send again. Love ThinkGeek! They had great customer service, and great prices. 10/10 would use.

I have purchased many great things from this site. As I live in Australia it can cost quite a lot for shipping. I've ordered many times from them and each time they have been prompt with sending out my items and have received it well with in the estimated shipping time. Some companies can take up to 6 weeks, but ThinkGeek usually take 3-4 weeks. I did have one order from them last year that I ordered for Christmas presents (allowed them to arrive 2 weeks before, which was allowing 6 weeks for shipping), but they never arrived. As this particular order did not have tracking on it for the package, I could not find where it went missing. I contacted their customer service and they sent out a new order free of charge. As an international customer I have found them to have great customer service and great products. The only downside is the cost of getting it shipped to Australia.
