SCAM!!!!!!!!! Cold called me and then tried to get my information. When I asked who they were and where they got my phone number from they hung up. Very aggressive guy on the phone. Avoid!

After several high electric bills, I read into it more and realized of my most recent bill of $387.88, $258.29 went to THINK ENERGY. Just their take was more than my ENTIRE bill should have been! I believe they should return their customers to “standard offer” instead of the flexible rates, this is just shady business practice! I’m glad their rating is so low here, hopefully they will at least try to improve their company and not continue to STEAL money as they have been. After reading into the contract, I did realize this was my fault by letting my account with them fall into the gray area. Renew or switch or they will literally steal your money!!!

This company is nothing but a scam. I received a letter that I was being switched to them, but I never requested any change. I never spoke with or signed anything that had to do with this company! I have no idea how they received my information because it wasn't from me and my dog is not authorized to do business for me. Steer clear of this company. I am also contacting my AG's office to file a complaint for their unauthorized access to my information.

11/16/2020 I got a letter from BGE saying that Think Energy will be my new electric supplier yesterday or in a few days. I didn't authorize this! In fact I hang up when these companies call because I have yet to see one beat Baltimore Gas Electric (BGE)'s own rates!

This company is TERRIBLE. They do accidental billing twice monthly. Over charge you. Issues with refunds when they make a mistake. This company should be out of business. July 2020 my bill was $118.79. August 2020 my bill was $375.86. My Khw usage was almost exactly the same. These people are CRIMINALS.

They let your "contract" expire and it doesn't revert back to the utility company like their sales people tell you. They charge you 3-4 times your normal utility bill. I live alone in a 980 sq foot house and my electric bill was $300 last month. Stay away from this company!

This company is ABSOLUTE trash and I will be looking to cancel my contract soon. I have waited darn near two months on a phone call from 2 different representatives about an account dispute and they continued to leave me out to dry. My contract expired and I was notified a month later that it had expired after my bill skyrocketed. Their customer service is extremely poor and I would not recommend this subpar company to anyone.

Moved out of state and terminated my contract. I provided proper documentation of my move however was still charged early termination fee. Contacted the company on multiple occasions and was told "itll be processed in a few days." 3 weeks later, bill is almost due and no credit for the unauthorized early termination fee.
