the marketing materials we are allowed to use are pathetic, the community solar video just released the graphics appear like they were taken from a coloring book for 6 year olds. We are marketing energy products, and would like to see marketing materials that are electrifying and energizing!

Think Energy would get no stars and a big fat F for their customer service. I tried to restore my neighbor’s electricity (he’s been without it for a few months) due to financial issues. It was high priority to restore the service. My neighbor was returning home from the hospital and we live in Texas with temps at or above 100 degrees. I spoke with Maria, their supervisor, and she assured me that paying the past balance would restore the electricity. I paid the past due balance plus $150 extra so my neighbor would be ahead on his account. The next day I was told by Carlos the electricity would be restored in 3 hours. Still no service. I reached out again and Maria would not speak with me. I was then told by the agent my neighbor would have to re-enroll with a $200 deposit. Got a different story every time I called. I was supposed to receive credit back to my card. I am contacting the attorney general. Do not use this company. Many hours on the phone and all they do is lie lie lie! UPDATE- The office of the CEO reached out yesterday and apologized profusely in regards to the situation. She is issuing a full refund to be mailed in 7-10 days. I will update post once received. 🙌

Me and all my team wanted our money back and we're email and called and no response. So we all left ur company to be with a better one and we do business in ct with no problems..but u guys socks and yall service. ..2

I called Customer Care several times and they told I do not have a Account! I enrolled at the end of January 2023 and have enrollment credentials along Bank transaction statements.

Hello Peter. I see that we cancelled your account as per your request on 6/23/23, and your payment was refunded. The information you received from Customer Care was accurate in that you did not have a customer account, but an Advisor account. Unfortunately, Customer Care only has access to customer account information. There must have been some confusion on their end, and for that we apologize. We wish you all the best.

Think energy said that I switched my electricity supplier to them. I never did and consequently had my current supplier contract canceled and now can’t renew that contract at the low rate that I had. Sounds like a scam that Think energy has perpetrated. I contacted my State Attorney General, awaiting their review

I’ve had a First Energy since I purchased my home in 2020-I paid and continuously pay First Energy every month on line-several months ago I received my billing statement from First Energy and on the same statement was a bill for Think Energy for $2400.00. I reported to the PUC and am awaiting their review-I still pay First Energy but will not pay Think Energy-I never switch providers and why would I pay two providers for same service??? I’ll never pay this fraudulent charge even though it is ruining my credit score😡😡😡

Hello Carol, our records indicate that you been enrolled with us since April 6, 2020, and you have you have made payments accordingly. I would give Think Energy a zero star if I could. Since December they have lost 4 of 6 electronic payments sent by my bank. Nobody will speak with you and they require bank to mail them “proof” payment was made. Of course they can never locate the proof that you mail them. Terrible Company, stay far away!

THINK ENERGY LOST 3 PAYMENTS. I SENT PROOF OF PAYMENTS THEY WANTED ME TO DISPUTE THE PAYMENT AND WRITE THEM A CHECK. BUT THEN THEY DONT RESPOND TO THE BANK. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION ON 4-6-23 TO DATE THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS HAVE POOR LISTENING SKILLS AND READING IS WORSE. AS I WAS LOOKING AT OTHER REVIEWS I SEE THAT THINK ENERGY ONLY REPONDS TO CERTAIN REVIEWS. I WOULD LOVE FOR SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE TO SEE THIS AND CONTACT ME
