The website is excellent and better than the site for any Electric Company I've used before, but my experience with Jake & Faith (Orders) plus Connie (Cust Service) was even better. What genuinely nice people they were to deal with and they knew the answers to every question I asked. Please continue the effort it takes to hire and train people of this caliber.

i initially called Think Energy & the rep was very pleasant & helpful. he advised that processing a "switch" account would be easier on-line. it was. surprisingly so! even with my address being incorrect by the usps, there was an edit which allowed me to correct their error. now i just will wait & hope that the actual change-over will be smooth & accurate and no problems with billing.
