I've never had any problems, and your customer service is good.

Electricity rates are high in Maine. I spend an afternoon each fall comparing all available providers in my area before switching companies or renewing my contract. I've cycled through several companies during the years. Think Energy rates are the best I've found and I've just renewed for 2 more years at a kwh rate .05 cents lower than last year, and last year I had the lowest rate in my county! I pay more each month for delivery than for supply, even in winter. I can't control the high delivery expense because there is only one option, but Think Energy gives me supply choices that I appreciate. Their Customer Service folks are polite and knowledgeable. Give them a try!

I got a quote a few days ago to renew. After checking other competitors, I decided to renew with Think Energy. However, I was told that the rate increased. When I protested, the gent spoke to his supervisor and the honored the previous quote! Great company and great service.

The young man -THINK representative- was very courteous and helpful. He handled the matter in a clear, logical step-by-step procedure. Not only was he able to sign me up for a renewed contract for a fixed rate with THINK Enery but he even gave me a lower rate! The entire process, because it was so clear and orderly, took only a few minutes. Because of this young man, I was very relieved and pleased with my renewal experience.
