I must commend all the staff that I have dealt with since the 1st communication I've had with Think Energy. They have ALL been very knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and have answered/solved my concern in an exceptionally timely manner. Thank you! I would recommend Think Energy on customer service alone!

Spoke to two people in the am who didn’t seem to know what they were saying or doing. Thankfully, the line disconnected and they never called me back. Called back in the afternoon and spoke to Yesenia. What a breath of fresh air! She was confident, knowledgeable and customer service oriented. She definitely made up for the two guys in the am. I had to mark it four stars because of the incompetence I ran into in the am. Yesenia gets 6 stars!! She was that good with me and to me.

The company was nice to work with. Sometimes it was difficult to understand what the rep was saying due to voice noise being picked up from other reps in the room. Ex: voice over voice. But other than that they were informed and helpful. I would be more than happy to give a review after I have been with the company for a few months. Time will tell if the company will be my provider of electricity for long term.
