I live in a state that this company does not service and they tried to scam my card with a $200 charge. They are a fraud and scam. I will be reporting to appropriate agencies in TX and CT where headquartered. The bank has closed my account because of your carelessness in not verifying if I am an actual customer which I am not as I live in a state not serviced for your company. I noticed that you use bait and switch tactics in other companies on trust pilot site. I will not deal with you directly as I dont want any of my information with your company.

My sweet 80 year old Uncle got scammed by this company. He is not saving any money, never got the $100 gift card. They did not send him a paper bill for 3 months then started calling him demanding the money. He does not do anything online, he's old school. I honestly do not know how these people sleep at night.

I was told to sign up by a friend to get money off my electric bill. I signed up and canceled within a week. I received a debt collection bill of over $400 from Think Energy today. I had received zero communication from the company prior to the bill i received. Think Energy is nothing but a glorified MLM

The $100 gift card offer is an absolute scam. I set a calendar reminder to apply at the six-month mark, only to be told I had to wait longer. After waiting a few more weeks, I reapplied, only to be told the offer had expired. It’s beyond deceptive—it’s downright pathetic. A company resorting to such cheap tricks to avoid honoring a simple promotion is astonishing. I’ll be switching to another supplier, even if it costs more. Avoid this company at all costs, they are unethical.

I'd like to sign up for Think Energy but this is impossible unless you agree to be contacted by telemarketers. You have to agree to this for some reason: "By checking this box and submitting my contact information, including my telephone number and email address, I authorize Think Energy, LLC and/or its affiliates and agents to contact me via email, telephone calls and/or text messages (SMS) to the residential or cellular phone number provided, including using pre-recorded messages, artificial voice, and/or automated dialing technology for marketing, advertising, and all other purposes, even if that telephone number is on a corporate, state, or national Do Not Call Registry. No purchase required. Message and data rates may apply." Following on from Think Energy's response below I'd like to add that although I did not sign up for the service, their website scraped my information anyway and immediately started sending me marketing emails with non-working unsubscribe links. Think Energy - I do not need educating, empowering or anything else. I only wanted to buy electricity.

My 3 year plan expired and Think raised my rate from .119 to .194 without notifying me. It took several calls and long waits to get to a rep. Their response was very negative and they lied that they sent me a mail notification. After several additional calls I was told and promised that someone would get back to me, I received no communication from any of them in over a month. Best advice is keep a reminder of renewal date, don't get ripped off like I did...

Beware: Very disappointed that the rules to get the $100 gift card were not explained in full when called and asked what the rules are. I missed the last rule so I will not be getting a gift card even though I stayed with them to meet the 6-month rule and paid more for electricity during part of that time. Misleading. Read rules yourself, don't rely on them telling you the truth.

People in Corsican were helpful and kind. Took care of business. Told me I'd have electricy the same day. Then the power company called and said I needed to send them a lease agreement and a picture of my driver's license. After waiting twice for over 15 minutes. Said they wouldn't turn on until they looked over the information. Does all power companies spend this much time on every customer? Said they'd call me back. Never called. Worst I've seen of any power company.
