The rates are great compared to other electricity suppliers. Simple to sign up and customer service is great. And they offer a Free Energy Rebate for referrals.

I am changing my rating from 1 to 5 as I got $100 gift card as promised by customer service. My suggestion is to please improve the reward process as other electricity providers. As soon as the promised time is over, send the gift card or email to redeem gift card.
Response from Think EnergyJan 27, 2025
Hello Md. We are sorry for the frustration and confusion. The gift card was approved and is on its way to you (can take up to 60 days). The rejection email you received was an automatic response as your request was submitted outside of the 60-day window. We have coached our care team to let customers know, that if they are approved outside of the 60-day window, they may still receive a rejection email, and that they should ignore it. Thank you for providing this feedback and allowing us the opportunity to improve on our customer service experience.

100% recomendable
