This case is made of very flimsy plastic and bulky. The plastic is so thick you can access the finger print reader. I immediately requested a return and they have not even responded for nearly a month. I am forced to deny payment through my credit card.

The customer service is terrible! I send them 3 emails with no response. They chargestme 14,95 us for express chipping and 2 weeks no news the tracking number is not working 🤬🤬🤬 never buy with this company

My case is as advertised, great quality and functionality.Fit and finish are spot on. I have but one complaint, I have to use a seperate tool to extract the stylist from the case. The built in extractor won't do it. Overall this case rates a 9

I enjoy the case, this is the second case I've purchased from thezfoldcase.com. However, the first one I received had the kickstand off to the side, this one has a ring over the mag charger and makes it difficult to charge the device on the charger I have. It works on my husband's charger. It feels just as sturdy as the first one I bought and fully covers and protects all hinges. Took a WHILE to get to me after purchase, I don't remember the last one taking almost two weeks. Editing to add: Keep in mind, I haven't had to make a return I have NO idea what the customer service is like.

Dreadful. Avoid. I ordered a case and received the wrong one. Tried to exchange and got a condescending response with no chance to return. Go to zfoldcase.com instead who have great support. This is a cheapskate a rip off.

It's plastic, can't fit my charger in the bottom port cuz the case is to big. And you can't set it on a wireless charger because of the kick stand on the back. It won't connect. Over all it sucks. Looking for another option. I would return but it came from China and I'm sure they won't refund my money. Chalk it up as a loss.
