They sent me wrong case. A very cheap low quality tiny fake case that has nothing to do with what i payed for which was a case for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. I payed almost €36 for a rubbish. Total disappointment.

Posting this so other Flip 7 owners can avoid what happened to me. I bought the Armor Ring Kickstand Case for my Galaxy Z Flip 7 in December 2025. It wasn't cheap, and I chose it because it was sold as durable, premium protection. It's done the opposite. What went wrong: The hinge joint scratched my phone. The case's hinge section is held together with small screws. After the phone had been opened and closed many times, those screws worked loose, and the hinge piece started rubbing against the phone's own hinge. It left permanent scratches on the hinge cover (photo attached). They won't come out. The screws won't stay tight. The two frame halves keep loosening and separating in normal daily use. Each time I re-tighten the screws, the heads wear down a bit more, so they get harder to tighten properly. The hinge piece keeps falling off. By month 1 or 2 it was falling off regularly, so I can't trust the case anymore. The rubber inserts slip out. The rubber strips along the edges work their way out through gaps in the frame. Customer service: I contacted the company with a full description and offered to send photos. Their reply was that products have to be returned within 30 days for a refund or replacement, so my request was rejected. My problem with that: you can't find this defect in 30 days. The screws only loosen after weeks of opening and closing the phone, which is the whole point of a flip phone. By the time the flaw shows up, the return window has closed and your phone is already damaged. A case built for a foldable should survive being folded. TL;DR: The case's screw-held hinge loosened over time, rubbed against my Flip 7's hinge and left permanent scratches. The hinge piece keeps falling off and the rubber inserts slip out. The company rejected my claim because it was past 30 days, even though the defect takes more than 30 days to appear. If you're using this case, check your hinge area now. If you're thinking of buying it, I'd look elsewhere. Has anyone else had the same problem with this case or with other screw-together Flip cases?

I received my case and was shocked. There was no front case, and the back case was incredibly flimsy. I filled out a form requesting a return. I did this the day I received the case, September 9th. I received an email telling me that they had to review my request. The website says that they respond within 24 hours, I still haven't received an email from them, I called, left a message, emailed, yet again and nothing. I'll be contacting the BBB. Their website says that they have so many wonderful reviews, guess what, all lies. There is no way to actually review this online scam. Beware, I really wish that I could show all my evidence, including a pic of the "case."

It took three weeks to get my broken case. They will not respond to my emails to replace or get a refund. Poor business practices!!!

Never delivered item - no support, no contact with anyone The company operates mostly through social media and a very limited web interface. There is no real support, and asking for support is a waste of your time. No one will be genuinely willing to help you. Once you pay, they've achieved their goal; whether you receive what you paid for is your risk. Be warned. My story is below; for other information, please refer to the disposal. Good day, ladies and gentlemen I ordered the item and got your email stating : Tracking number: YT2618900707118031 Carrier: YunExpress image.png I contacted your support team, and I confirm that the address is correct. I never received the item, any help, or an explanation of what happened. It is more than frustrating how my issue was handled - no support at all. I tried to contact support via email, but got no response. The item is probably lost, and I'm not responsible for delivering it to the correct address provided. I'm deeply disappointed, and since I didn't receive the item I ordered, I'm upset about this issue. Does anyone in your company read the emails and actually help customers solve problems? I would like to speak with someone higher in the hierarchy. Can you please forward this email to a manager?

Fake aggregate company. Do not buy from here. This company shows you pictures of quality cases and then sends you a cheap case from Temu or another Chinese knockoff. You will wait a long time to get your disappointing product, then struggle to return it. Do yourself a favour and just buy the real version from the legit company.
