Never delivered item - no support, no contact with anyone The company operates mostly through social media and a very limited web interface. There is no real support, and asking for support is a waste of your time. No one will be genuinely willing to help you. Once you pay, they've achieved their goal; whether you receive what you paid for is your risk. Be warned. My story is below; for other information, please refer to the disposal. Good day, ladies and gentlemen I ordered the item and got your email stating : Tracking number: YT2618900707118031 Carrier: YunExpress image.png I contacted your support team, and I confirm that the address is correct. I never received the item, any help, or an explanation of what happened. It is more than frustrating how my issue was handled - no support at all. I tried to contact support via email, but got no response. The item is probably lost, and I'm not responsible for delivering it to the correct address provided. I'm deeply disappointed, and since I didn't receive the item I ordered, I'm upset about this issue. Does anyone in your company read the emails and actually help customers solve problems? I would like to speak with someone higher in the hierarchy. Can you please forward this email to a manager?

2 weeks to get the wrong case. hell yeah, I knew I should've never trusted this company.

Fake aggregate company. Do not buy from here. This company shows you pictures of quality cases and then sends you a cheap case from Temu or another Chinese knockoff. You will wait a long time to get your disappointing product, then struggle to return it. Do yourself a favour and just buy the real version from the legit company.

100 recommend, great quality and amazing customer service. Only downside is the international shipping took a little longer than I would have liked.

These cases dont fit the phones they advertise. Volume buttons dont work. They dont even connect to the phone. Cannot use the fingerprint scan as it is too far away from phone. No front cover. Very cheaply made. They want a return to China before they would give a refund. Crappy company. They are not willing to help the customer. Do not buy from this company

I'm really surprised there are bad comments. Don't know what? I took the risk of ordering this case and didn't come from China. But the quality is excellent. Where's that poor-quality case in there, and what's breaking? The hands are very nice and smooth. Everything went in well. And it's beautiful and everything works. That money is definitely worth it. I'm very satisfied. True, like the original cases for these phones. It is not inferior in quality !!!

It feels cheap. No instructions on how to put the case on. It's my first samsung fold so I had no idea. On the website, it didnt indicate that this case only had a 2 star rating but it shows you it on here. I never would of bought it if I had known. Paid over $50 for a case that probably will not protect my phone. This company is a rip off

I ordered this case after being let down by other cases out there, here's my experience and verdict: 1. Shipping. It came from China. I was very disappointed that it does not mention that to begin with, however, people need to chill, everything gets made in China now a days. After ordering it took about 6 days to arrive, updates from tracking are slow, but I was surprised that it did not take longer, some other people apparently had to wait longer, perhaps these guys are getting better. 2. Quality. I was so happy to see the final product, the case is just what you see in the pictures and then some, the colors are perfect, I chose the violet/red/green one, and I'm super happy with it. It's smooth, thin, love it. The carbon fiber is fitted onto a plastic base, I'm assuming they did that to give a bumper to the phone in case it's dropped, but fear not, the case is still slimmer that most cases out there, though there are others that are thinner, what's the difference besides thickness? Simple, the snap/glide cover for the hinge of the phone, the other cases that are thinner don't have that. Also, the snap on finger/stand magring, wow, I was blown out of my mind when I noticed what it actually was, just snap it on and take the phone for a walk or run, or place it on, to open the phone and have a stand in the back, super nice and the other companies out there are not doing that, so it's a unique idea. 👍🏼👍🏼 way up for that. FYI, do not sit the phone with the snap on magring attached on a wireless charger, there is a tiny hinge of the magring that over heats quickly, be careful with that. 3. Wireless stand recharging base. Easy peasy, perfect just as described and very good quality. 4. It's it really worth as much as people are asked to pay? That's in the eye of the beholder, I'm happy with the shipping, packaging of the products, the quality of it all, so to me, yes! This product is very much so worth buying, just be prepared to wait for the shipping, for me it was 6 days, other people report 2 weeks and others 1 month, why you may be asking? Simple, location, location, location. Your geographical location will mess things up for you, it's as simple as that, these guys shipped the product the very next day after I placed the order, the rest is out of their hands, so, be patient and buy it, you will not regret it. Additionally, for those hating on China for manufacturing everything, complain to your parents, and the government for allowing manufacturing to leave the country, complain to the states, don't complain to other countries that took on the challenge, and for the ones that gave a 1 star review just because the product took a while to arrive as opposed to just one day as it is in the case of Amazon, remember that the product is making a trip all the way from the other end of the planet, be happy this is not Jupiter, because if you cry like this on Earth, in a Jupiter size planet, you would probably have a heart attack. What a bunch of cry babies, grow up!
