Horrible quality. False advertising and looks nothing like what’s on the website.

Ordered z fold 7 cases for my wife & I over a week ago & never received the tracking info. I only received the order number in an email after paying with my credit card but every time Ive tried to look it up their website says it doesn't exist. I've tried emailing (multiple times)& calling but no one ever responds to emails & the phone number doesn't even ring, it just makes a fast busy signal tone & then disconnects. The charge has been applied to my card so if I don't get the cases after 14 days, I'll be disputing the charges. If I do receive the cases within their shipping timeline stated on the website, I'll update my review to a higher ranking (if the cases are good) but this company is definitely a big fat ZERO for customer service. & If I'm the end I don't receive the cases or hear back from someone, I'll still update my review to note that. As of right now, at about 9 days after placing my order, I can't & won't recommend this company & highly suggest that they seriously work on their ordering/ tracking & their customer service.

I ordered a case and it doesn't properly fit my phone. I was told I can return it and upon reading their return policy it clearly states I would be provided a label. No label was given and they have ghosted me and all my attempts at communicating.

Scam alert. Never got my order.

I ordered this case for a Fold 7 three weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I have tried contacting the seller but they don't respond. The tracking on the delivery seems to be fake as they update it every three days saying the plane departed China on day 1 then the third day it will say the plane landed in the US. Had I known it was coming from China I would not had purchased the case. The reviews on this company are horrendous! Fortunately, I put this on my Visa card and I have disputed the charge. I will go to this site (Trustpilot) before I buy anything else like this

they shipped the wrong cover and then didn't respond to any requests to ship the right one

No case was delivered. They sent a reply to my email stating I had received it 4 days before I had ordered. They have yet to rectify the situation. I will be going to the authorities if they do not reply soon.

This case looks nice, however it does not support magsafe charging as advertised on its website! Cannot contact for refund. I have to buy another case because magsafe wireless charging was a main reason for me selecting this case. So I basically just wasted 50 dollars! DO NOT ORDER THIS CASE if you expect wireless magsafe charging!!!!
