I purchased a Z Fold 7 case from this company, which was shipped from China. The product did not meet my expectations, as the magnetic cover, which should secure the device when closed, failed to do so when flipped open. Upon attempting to initiate a return via email, and after several exchanges, I found it necessary to reference UK consumer law regarding the right to return goods for a full refund. Their response indicated that I would be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to China to receive a refund. This would entail an expenditure of approximately £18 for shipping, in anticipation of a potential refund of £31, which could take several months to process. I rate their customer service as unsatisfactory and the product quality as poor. I advise against purchasing from this vendor.

Does not fit too big. Bad deal. They send 2 of them. Do not buy these.

Of course it is from China, and it is real quality, finally. Perfect tracking system with notifications all along. Great care.

Magnetic Carbon Fiber Leather Case - Galaxy Z Fold 6 / Brown. Expensive and very poor quality. The 'magnetic' door has barely any magnetism and doesn't hold the left half of the fold in place at all. A right royal waste of time and money. A seven quid plastic one from eBay does a better job. Complete rubbish.

Absolute rubbish. I ordered a smart case, what was delivered was a piece of fake leather, with smart windows. Obviously nothing worked. Raised it with them directly, to be told it works and that is that. Avoid this con job company. Absolutely abysmal product, matched only by woeful customer service.

Poor quality of the product. I asked to return it, they said i needed to ship it back to china, which would have cost me almost its price! When i asked them to take in charge this shipment, they never replied!

Magnetic charging case was not functioning. And it was almost impossible to take the case out. If you think how thin a Fold 7 is, so much power should it not be required to take it out. I don't even want to talk about the charging station.

Absolute rubbish, advertised as aluminium case, its just cheap plastic. Waste of money
