Horrible. I don't see a point in spending the inflated price tag only to discover you need passwords to unlock tutorials and the provided codes don't work. So 8 tutorials locked, silence from customer service, and two disappointed kids at home. All the trouble and frustration for your own money.

I recommend that you not buy these kits. I bought Sam the Sloth at Target on Oracle yesterday. Today I opened the kit and spent 30 minutes trying to login. Once I logged in they told me I did not buy anything and could not have the pattern. My personal opinion is that a complete kit should include the pattern. If you offer an online pattern you should really make it available as part of the kit. Since I am going to have to reengineer the pattern I am deeply disappointed that these kids have no idea what they are doing. At least I have the skills to do it. But that does not make it a kit to “learn to crochet kit for beginners “. Shame on them for defrauding the public.

My code isn't working and now the items I purchased are effectively worthless / useless. How am I supposed to crochet this thing without instructions? I've never used the code anywhere but on my own laptop, haven't given it out or anything. This is ridiculous. Was thinking about getting more Woobles kits but def won't be wasting that money now.

I have learned how to crochet by doing woobles! The tutorials are amazing and now I’m able to read the pattern download on my own! Bonus that my kids are obsessed with the little animals!

There are no written directions. Why not include written with video info????????

I got walter the bear for Easter and it didn't meet my expectations. First of all the tan and black yarn were tangled. But when I started watching the videos for it the instructions were unclear and complicated. It doesn't show them actually doing the stitch, the person explaining it was not explaining it good enough for a beginner to understand. I don't recommend this if you are an absolute beginner, it's a waste of money you can go to the store and buy a entire kit for under 30$ and just look on YouTube for a tutorial.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WOOBLES! BUYER BEWARE! I order five kits for my niece 3 weeks ago. The order arrived in about a week with TWO out of the FIVE kits. I checked to see if maybe my order was being sent as a split order, but nope...they'd just failed to complete an order. Pretty wild, too, considering the packaging has huge images of the characters. I sought help from customer service and at first they wanted photo proof. Weird thing to ask for when a photo doesn't really corroborate anything. They finally offerer a brief and simple apology and asked what I wanted to do: fulfill the order or get a refund. Although it was now past my nieces bday, I decided to have the order fulfilled. I asked for rush shipping: denied. At this point I've been going back and forth with who knows how many agents or potential chat bots. It rubbed me the wrong way that they would so spectacularly mess up an order and just be like, "Welp, sorry...what do you want us to do?" So I asked for a discount code for future purchases (when I was still open to doing business with them). They offered 10%. That may suit some, but any low level worker can offer a 10% discount. I took issue with their lack of accountability, and the next agent who took over acted as if they were starting from square one: asking what happened and for an order number. This is day five btw. At this point they say 10% is the max. So I'll be returning my order once it arrives in full and NEVER order from them again. Save your money, but most importantly your time!
