The Wired NomadReviews of thewirednomad.com

Extremely helpful, professional, and efficient. Purchased the Gold Tier and had the appointment just a few days ago. I am not tech savvy but we were able to set up my dual router system. Would definitely use the services again.

I did a 1 hour "gold tier" call with them for some tech support and they were extremely helpful and efficient. They helped me resolve my issue quickly and took the time to explain what we were changing and why. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future and I definitely recommend them to others.

He was very patient and explained all the relevant steps to me. Although at our first session we encountered some challenges he was happy to make recommendations and reschedule to ensure that I had value for money in terms of his service. Adam is very friendly and knows his stuff

Helped set up my VPN. I could not have done it without him. He stayed later than our appointment was scheduled to ensure the setup was complete, and took the time to fully answer my questions.

TWN is an amazing resource - out of the box thinking when it comes to setting up a VPN approach while providing comparisons between options. I see the potential and appreciate the effort put into making a guide and resource like this for others to benefit - I normally do not donate, but technical insight and guidance like this made it a no brainer to provide a donation to the cause. Keep up the great work and look forward to future improvements and innovations for TWN!

The Wired Nomad was a great help setting up my VPN. He was patient and thorough as I am not technical experienced. When I asked questions over email he was very responsive and replied quickly. Would recommend!

I’m so happy to find this website/blog for instructions to set up my own VPN at home! When I ran into technical difficulties setting it up due to my inexperience with Linux prompts, the author even gave me extra instructions via DMs/emails which eventually helped me complete the whole VPN set up on my own! He was also very responsive whenever I reached out for help with troubleshooting the VPN during the time I was abroad using it. I’m so grateful to have found this blog and its owner.

I had been struggling with my travel VPN for a while, going through various resources but still unable to figure it out. The Wired Nomad was an incredible help. As soon as I explained the issue, they quickly identified where I might have gone wrong. From there, we went through a systematic checklist where they made sure I had the right configurations in place, all while providing helpful context along the way. By the end, not only was my VPN working perfectly, but I also gained a better understanding of the process so I can troubleshoot on my own in the future.
