The Win zone suuuuuucks. They had a sign up bonus with no purchase necessary of 25k gc and 25 sc. So I signed up. I got 2.5 sc. I went ahead and purchased a package but it was a complete waste of time. And their games glitch. Not only did they bait and switch me to get me to sign up. But the games were glitchy and I couldn't even hit a little bit. The one time I did hit a bonus it glitched out. Don't waste your time

It's a waste of your money. Wether you are betting big or small you do not win anything. And when you do win it's so small it's not even worthy collecting. Very disappointing. There are other games that pay twice the amount for the same game and same bet. Don't waste your time downloading this . The amount of sc you get when you first buy some sc is great but you lose it too quick .

The game selection isn't great but I found games that I liked to play. There ia NO way to contact The Win Zone. I won a little over $100 so I attempted to redeem $100. They give 2 options for redemption, debit card or ACH. First, I tried to redeem to my Skrill card. Not allowed. I get a message that says debit card redemptions are temporarily not available. Redemptions must be paid as ACH and it has to be done from a computer NOT a mobile device. So, I try on the computer. I go through the same thing each time. I have to scan the front and back of my driver's license and take a selfie. Then, I try to redeem to my chime routing and account number. I find out that winzone won't allow ACH to those bank accounts. So, I entered the routing number to an account that I've had for years at a local bank. It brings up my bank and I select it. Next, it wants me to sign into internet banking. Well. I didn't have internet banking. So, then I have to set up internet banking. I had to wait for the bank to call me to verify me the next day but I got it set up. So, I thought I was ready to go. I go go through the scanning dl and selfie steps AGAIN and enter my internet bankingaccess id and password and it gives me a message that says " ! technical error". No code No tracking number. It just says that I can try to linking another bank account. Well, I don't have another bank account. It says to contact Certegy but doesn't give u any contact info. The phone number requires a reference number and there is no ACH options. So, iI read online that sometimes you need to clear cache or try different browser. So, I did that. I tried to other browsers. This time it says my "financial institution was unable to give the required information about your account." I finally find a Certegy phone number that leta me talk to a repreaentative. They tell me without a reference number they can't look anything up. Si, I'm not happy at all with The "Win" Zone I've never had problems like this trying to redeem from Mcluck or Splash. I can't even contact anyone at the 'win' zone. So, I saw that someone is replying to these reviews. Maybe they can help me. We'll see.

It was incredible! I managed to win seven consecutive bonus rounds in a single game and decided to withdraw the winnings. They promptly verified my identity, requested my debit card information, and informed me that the verification process would take a week. Surprisingly, the verification was completed within mere minutes, and the funds were credited to my bank account.

I have played on probably every site you can think of, and by far hands down this was the absolute first site that I had an enjoyable experience. And since then, I have played and I have not redeemed yet again but they make it actually fun, they do let you play with your deposit before you actually before it is gone.
