This place is a joke! If you need answers only the vip host will help. And honestly she’s no help. They are closing down yet the week before the action I played should have recieved there coinzback reward I was told no. I asked about the reward coins that can be used to purchase things on the myvip website and again I think the answer was too bad. I also had a issue over a week ago that was supposed to to void game play and was strung along for a week when they knew they were closing instead of doing what was right and lieing to me and never addressed issue. These guys are acting they resolve things before they go out of business but they aren’t.

Horrible site. These are obviously paid reviews. Site is garbage. Not very many games and no way to search for a game. The worst part is every 30 second you get a pop up asking you to spend more money. Never seen it this bad on any other site. Definitely not playing here ever again . Rip is so trash too BTW.

The WinZone?? I spent $9.99 to today....won a $100....started the redemption..went through KYC verification then it wants to send an SMS code but I never get it! Over 7 hours later.....and now when I try to login...its at rge SMS screen. If I dismiss it im logged back out. Shady to say the least and support? Nonexistent. Chat is useless. The SCAM Zone is more like it. Ive done I was supposed to do and they've done nothing to help me....except ignore me. I'm beyond frustrated!

I can’t recommend the site
I can’t recommend the site. The VIP tiers are almost impossible to level on after a certain point. I’ve spent THOUSANDS and can’t get past level 7. And this is within a couple weeks. And for that amount you would think the benefits would be there, but they are not. And if you don’t keep spending at that level you lose the tier. I never get free sc gifts from my host. They did try to give me a cruise that I would have had to pay over 800 in fees to the cruise line to use, and it sailed out of either Canada or Alaska, so I would have had to buy planes tickets on top of that, plus it was limited dates that I couldn’t use anyway. The RTP is the lower version available through the providers on most games. The coins back program is ok I guess. Not the best, not the worst. Also, their challenges and tournaments rewards or very lackluster. All this and I’ve invited over 40 paying customers. If you’re a player who spends a lot, I would not recommend this site.
