On September 15, I hired Website District to build a website for my cleaning business. I was initially told the company was based in New Jersey. After payment was made, I learned that the sales representative I had been communicating with was actually located in Malaysia, which made me uncomfortable. I immediately requested a refund. No work was ever completed on my website. To date, I have still not received my money back. During my dispute with Visa, fraudulent documents were submitted on their behalf in an attempt to avoid issuing a refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company, but every email I send is returned and undeliverable. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against doing business with this company. I wanted them to build my website for my jewelry, at first it was going well, page looked good, had to resend pictures a couple of times, but at imes had good feed back, but then things started happen, ask for some changes, some were made, some not, ask repeatedly to change prices as wee discussed, but no changes, give instruction on prices , still no changes, reach out several times, some response, then none. ask them to not make my website live because it was not right, they did it anyway with wrong prices.I am still emailing and now no response till this day.All I am getting now is offer to do drop shipping, add products, this is not what I wanted, just keep asking for more money. Requested a refund.

Most everything went smooth, but like most projects there were a few times when we needed to take a step back to evaluate it.
