I really like the rod so far. I've only fished it with an older reel so far and it's a little sloppy in the real seat. I'm putting a new large arbour reel on this week and I hope the fit is a little better. Overall though, I'm pretty pleased

Great customer service and the products are pretty sweet. I own two of their rods and love them. Lots of feel in them, plenty of backbone, and they look awesome. Can't wait to add to the collection.

Anthony - thanks for the kind review. Glad you're enjoying your rod... We'd love to feature your review on our site - do you have a small headshot we can use to go with your review? Where are you located? Thx

I have not gotten a chance to use the rod yet but it is a very nice rod, and shipping was very fast. I own 2 Orvis rods, 2 St Croix rods and this rod is my 2nd Wade rod. The price is a little cheaper than Orvis, right on line with St Croix, and the performance is on an even par with all my other rods, I recommend Wade rods to friends all the time now.

I haven’t put the roof and reel to the saltwater test yet but the finish and looks are amazing. I bought the 10 wt. rod and the Pelican 9 reel, spooled the reel and it tosses a fly like a beast. Thank you, Kiah
