Overall, I'm happy with the product. It's great quality especially for the price. However, it took a month and a half to receive the product which I know was due to holiday chaos. I'll rate the experience as neutral. I'd like to consider other Wade Rods in the future.

The rod is great, absolutely love it and have been debating getting one for some time now. However, the customer support was horrible. I ordered the almost 3 weeks out and was going to use it on a big trip, but got an email from an employee at Wade Co informing me that the rod was out of stock several days after the order was made. I understand COVID is making stuff slower but that was slow, then I was offered to try a different rod or cancel mine, but nobody responded to my email for several days again, then I had to send a follow up email to get any response just to get a one sentence reply with no apologies at all. I expected better from Wade Co and now all I can say is that they offer good rods with horrible customer Service.

Size was nothing like described. Service was great.

Customer service is the only thing that separates them from anyone else. The product I received was good quality and I hope to put it to good use this year. The issue I had - I sent several emails asking about the 2 day service I paid for and never got a response (took 6 days to deliver from the email I received saying it shipped) also, I sent an email asking how to switch over the retreive because I got the wrong one, and they didn't respond. As a customer, I am left with they don't care and that is not a good thing for business.

Way to slow on sending things out with zero status add to why

4wt Nymphster. Good pricepoint and appearance is good. Was looking for a Euro specific 10-10.5 ft but didn’t want to break the bank. Fishes really well and it’s helped me land some fish down to 6x where I thought for sure I’d break off in some cases. Can’t rate higher unfortunately because it arrived with a small hole on the bottom of the rod sock so when I took it out of the rod tube the butt section fell down out of the hole and hit my hardwood floor. It broke a section of the epoxy on the end of that section. I emailed and even sent a pic but I never got a response, that was a month ago.

Rod is nice, shipping was slower than a sloth! Didn't ship until damn near 3 weeks after it was ordered. Won't be buying any rods from here again.

The rod wasnt as good as I was expecting for a 200+ dollar rod... better off sticking with Remington or TFO
