It has been a month since I ordered my rod and I still have not received it. The money was taken from my credit card so you got paid and I am left without the rod I paid for. I have turned this matter over to my credit card to get my $299. back from you.

Brutal customer service. I placed an order over two weeks ago. After several days of not receiving a shipping confirmation, I emailed WRC. I received a response a day later stating that the order appeared to be fulfilled on their end and asking if I had received a tacking number, which I hadn't (and still haven't). Multiple emails later, no response at all. Disappointed as I was very excited to give the rod a whirl, but at this point I suppose I simply need to get the charged reversed. Back to basics WRC!
