Great rod company, we have three now.

As of now I gave it 4 just from the design and feel. I was using it with just the line without the fly and it was unbelievable. I have only fly fished once and knew my rod was to big for small streams and flimsy. Will give another review very soon!

Way to slow on sending things out with zero status add to why

After placing my order my card was charged the same day, I did receive a order number however I received no word as to when my order would be delivered. Trying to contact the company was very difficult, after repeated email attempts finally I did hear from a person from another company that my rod would be shipped and a shipping label was generated with a tracking number. This tracking number did little good because the USPS informed me that the label was issued but they did not get the product to ship. Several email attempts later and the product was finally shipped and tracked. It has been a month and I do not have to product yet but I am told my the USPS it is to be delivered tomorrow. Poor communication.

Buying experience was great. Staff was very attentive and helpful. They responded to my questions pretty quickly, even on the weekend. Shipping label for my order was created four days before it left the warehouse which was a little slow but overall customer satisfaction solid A.

Great quality product and quick shipping time.

Incredible rod for the price. Do not regret this purchase at all
