Took over 40 days to receive my order. Quality of items very poor. Will never order from them again. Very poor communication about order and no explanation for delay.

Response from The Violet VixenDec 20, 2019
Hey, it says it left Chicago International facility on Nov 29, and is in route to the destination. Not that it has been sitting in Chicago since the 29th. It should be there any day, I'm very surprised it hasn't been delivered honestly. Once it leaves the US it is out of USPS tracking. Please inquire with your local mail facility! We absolutely do international business all the time! Please keep us updated and correct this mistake in our rating if possible. We got the item out in plenty of time for delivery. Thanks!
