Very good customer service and very happy with my purchase, thanks! Side note:tracking number differed from reality but there wasn't much on their end they could do so thought it was lost but so happy when it finally arrived :)

Hey Allison, thanks so much for your feedback! We hear you! We do too! That's why we've got the largest shipment of corset INVENTORY we've ever had, in production right now. We're looking for delivery in February just in time for Valentine's day. This means 2-3 day priority shipping to your door on your favorite corsets which are usually made-to-order with long production time. This will hopefully be our new normal moving forward, as we're finally able to achieve our dream of bringing the best quality corsets to the US market in an efficient and reliable way! Hopefully that's your last time having to wait for your favorite corset!!

Good quality, slow shipping
As others have said, shipping took a lot longer than I expected: close to a month. That being said, when the clothes finally arrived, the quality was very good. In the future I would order months in advance.

I ordered my corset in October
I ordered my corset in October, hoping to get it for Halloween, but there was a delay in shipping. So I just emailed and Morticia was so fast to respond. She was so nice and helped get my corset to me asap. Love the corset too - so well made! I’m so excited to have it for years to come.

AMAZING COMPANY!
Ordered with this company- I had made an error in my order, but their customer service girl, Morticia, was the sweetest, most helpful person i have ever encountered whilst shopping online! Received my items fairly quickly and they are magnificent, from the design to the quality. Will definitely be ordering from them again once my bank account recovers from the holidays~
