If you can wait, it's worth it
Ordered my wife a pair of boots in October and did not receive them till after Xmas. That said, she loved them. This is not the first time I have had huge delays in receiving product but have always been satisfied when they arrived. Will be purchasing more in the future I am sure.

Unsatisfied
The company took over 2 months to deliver my package, then when it got here, the corset I ordered was the wrong color. They would not allow me to return it or get a refund even though I made it clear that I was unsatisfied.

Placed an order
Placed an order, got an order confirmation email. Waited almost a month with ZERO updates. Contacted VV asking where my order was and a few hours later, out of nowhere, got a shipping confirmation email. No reply email to my question, explaining what happened as to why it took so long or any sort of contact from the site. Also did not receive anything back towards my shipping that I paid for. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will NOT be coming to again or recommending this site to anyone, ever.
