I got to work with some very experienced coaches (Mark and Arman) who know the ins and outs of vegan nutrition and training. The coaching program is tailored to the individuals needs, and it helped me become efficient in building and maintain my physique. During the 15 months I worked with them I also had some injuries, but the coaches were very encouraging and helped me get through the tough times. I would recommend this to any vegan who is looking to become a fitter version of themselves.

I tried for over 10 years to build some muscle and lose fat on a vegan diet with little success. All it took was 3 months in the VSA to get the body of my dream! The program was intensive but so worth it. I gained a ton of knowledge that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

It was better that i was expected.Specialy my coach was exellente.Patient and understanding i felt a good connection with him.Bravo Arman for me you simply the best.

VSA was a life-changing experience for me! I have struggled with Ulcerative Colitis for over 10 years. My husband tried a vegan diet previously and it just seemed too hard for me to get in enough protein and frankly I didn't want to try to give up meat and try to figure out what else to eat instead. We watched the Game Changers Documentary and I finally decided to try this to see if it will help my UC symptoms and reduce inflammation in my joints (after 22 years in the Army this was not small task). The entire program was a huge success and win for me! I set goals for the 3 month journey, one of which I accomplished in less than a month! My Coach, Daniel was the most responsive, caring, all around amazing person I have ever been coached by and I have been bodybuilding and/or weightlifting for over 15 years. When changes needed to be made to my meal plans, he was quick to adjust it for me. When I had any questions about my workouts or as they also needed to change due to an injury, he was very accommodating. Even with my hip injury, I lost 9 lbs and several BF%. While doing this, I was never hungry and due to my challenging workouts, I was able to gain strength in all my lifts and perform 4 pull ups unassisted (when I began the program I had to use 48lbs assist). VSA provides many resources to enhance the journey from the FB page, to weekly challenges, weekly calls and team meetings, and the training modules. The VSA program is the real-deal and even though it is an investment, it is worth every dollar to invest in yourself. I now can eat confidently knowing what proteins can help me reach my daily goals and sticking to eating within my calorie range. I am forever grateful to Daniel, a now lifelong friend and the rest of the VSA team for an experience that far exceeded my expectations.

Everything from nutrition to exercise was tailored to me and my particular situation. When I didn’t like some foods, we found alternatives. When I had to have knee surgery, we found new exercises I could do to stay strong in my upper body. Weekly check ins and Coach emails kept me motivated and committed. The online support was wonderful too, with everybody supporting everybody. Multiple zoom workshops and team calls throughout the week also kept me engaged and motivated. Attending the retreat sealed the deal and I plan to keep these habits with me for the rest of my life. This is a wonderful place with passionate and educated people behind at all.

My experience with The Vegan Gym was life changing. I was hoping to gain some knowledge about plant-based meals but ended up learning so much more! Arman, my coach, taught me not only about some great vegan food options, but also about my macros, tracking, bulking, cutting, weightlifting technique, and much, much more! He was extremely knowledgeable in these areas and was available to communicate through text with my many questions  Arman’s passion and ease to talk with allowed for an above average experience. I was thrilled with my results and recommend the program and Arman to everyone!

Before I found VSA I was on an unending roller coaster of diets and pills. I became vegan 2 years ago to loose weight however i did the opposite. i gained. I was a full out processed vegan. i was at the point of considering weight loss surgery and then i saw VSA. After texting with Leif for a long while one weekend and after my vegan superhero call i decided to go for it. I was paired up with Coach James and am so grateful I had him as my coach. He is very knowledgeable, empathetic and compassionate. He truly does love his job and helping people. I learned alot about learning to like myself again and of course how to start preparing and eating healthy vegan meals. Most of all I learned how important movement and exercise is and started my program. and now i can walk up the stairs and get off the floor more easily since starting this journey and in 3 short months. I am very grateful to Coach James for all his unending support, knowledge, compassion and thank him for being such a great cheerleader in my corner for these past few months. (I would love to continue due to personal reasons am unable) However, i will continue to follow all that i have learned and continue on my health Journey. Thank you Coach James

When I came across VSA I was intrigued. After a couple conversations I made the decision to invest in myself. I didn't know what to expect but I knew I needed some guidance. Turns out, VSA was exactly what I was looking for. After years of struggling with my weight and feeling like my life was falling apart, I had just about given up trying. VSA and coach Lucasz renewed my faith in myself. After 3 months, I feel like I have control over my life again. I have lost weight and gained strength and confidence. I feel like I've been given the knowledge and guidance to continue on my own and be successful continuing my health journey. Coach Lucasz was always very supportive and flexible with my crazy schedule. I cannot thank him and VSA enough for we welcoming me into their "family". I was part of the Legends during my time with VSA and they were legendary!!! I loved following all of the members and feeling like I was part of the community from day one.
