Coach Sarah Harper and the VSA completely changed my life. With Coach Sarah’s support, encouragement and wisdom I have been able to completely change my body and my mindset. I was so confused and discouraged when I started VSA. Coach Sarah immediately gave me hope and a sense of direction. Her positivity is genuine and contagious. But don’t be fooled by her upbeat demeanor, she will challenge you to push yourself and grow to levels you didn't know you could reach.From the very first time I met her I just knew I would reach my goals of losing weight, gaining strength and mobility. Not only did I reach those goals but am a better version of my future self thanks to Coach Sarah. The confidence and knowledge I have gained through the Vegan Superhero Academy is absolutely invaluable.

The Vegan Gym taught me how to eat properly in situations of stress, travel, vacation and work. I have lost a good amount of weight and have no doubt I will get the rest of the way there. Coach Ruari was always willing to encourage me and answer questions. He also got me up and moving a lot more which makes everyday life so much easier. I believe anyone can lose weight and achieve their goals working with this company as long as they are willing to put in the work!

I had wonderful support in the VSA program. Coach Arman is definitely a Vegan Superhero! He is fun and easy to talk to. He is super knowledgeable and always had patience and encouragement for me when my doubts crept in. I was vegan for a number of years already, but got off track with good nutrition and recently put on some weight. VSA is what I needed to reset my fitness goals. I learned so much about myself and what habits were getting in my way. Coach Arman equipped me with the tools and mindset I needed to be super intentional about healthy eating and reaching my weight loss goals. The program is customized to your lifestyle and preferences and I would definitely recommend it!

I learned so much about how to eat healthier, and enjoy getting up and moving. I came into the program with a heavily sedentary lifestyle. I am up and moving, feel good, lower inflammation, and overall higher energy levels. My overall health has improved greatly! Thanks Rauri for making moving fun, and eating healthy delicious!

In my time with VSH , I was able to build muscle, run faster, train smarter, and learn how to fuel my body. I am in the best shape I have ever been in, and I am mentally stronger than I have ever been. I get compliments on how fit I look now. I truly enjoyed working with coach Daniel Who is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely experienced. Coach Daniel’s positive attitude and belief in me, helped me be successful. Lets be real, working out, eating to plan is not easy, and it never gets easier, no matter if one is a newbie or a pro, or some where in between. Having Coach Daniel really helped me improve my workouts, and my nutrition. He listened to my goals, and made me a plan that would help me get stronger, and run faster. I also, wanted to do 1 pull up, which , I can now do 7 in a row now. Coach Daniel’s training plan, motivated me more than any routine I ever followed. I was always, seeing improvement, week after week, and I truly fell in love with the process. Coach Daniel was always helping me stay focused on goals, and not get side tracked. I always had a lot of great communication with my coach through texting, emails, zoom calls, and Facebook. If I had any questions, text messages were always answered. Most the time I was sharing good news, and always felt great after sharing with my coach. VSH is such a great community, with the most knowledge on vegan fitness, nutrition. I learned so much during my time. The VSH community, is so motivating. The VSH really care about members, and I was treated so well. I would recommend to anyone to join.

Andrew… it’s difficult to know where to begin because there are so many great things about him and his ways of coaching. He is down to earth, honest, positive, pushy (lol) and was just what I needed during a certain stage of life - menopause. He quickly became like family to me, and I often expected him to show up at our back door. I could write a 10-page essay about him but will do my best to put it all on one page. After years of low carb diets and body stressing cardio, Andrew came into my life and helped me make a very positive and successful turn. He created a plan to stop the nonsense and bring my metabolism back to life. He was never phased by menopause and didn’t allow it to set me back. We acted as if it wasn’t even a part of my life. He reminded me that if we continually allow negative things to control us, they will only hold us back from greater potential. Every day was a battle, but it was a war against me, myself, and I, not against menopause. He would often send encouraging texts or images out of the blue reminding me of my goals and they always seemed to show up on days when I was struggling (I swear he had my phone bugged, lol). He was always there to listen to me and would often reach out to me on weekends just to see what I was up to. Until VSA came into my life, I had never lifted weights, other than dumbbells, so strength training was a new thing for me. Before Andrew, I would often get into a comfortable spot and choose to stay there. I learned quickly that not progressing isn’t an option with him. We would discuss this during calls and texts, and I would agree to accomplish these little increases. However, if I didn’t progress, I would see a heavier weight already typed into my program the next time I logged in - he has his sly ways of getting you to push forward, lol. For the first time in my life, I saw definition! It has been almost 4 months since I quit VSA, but I am still in touch with Andrew. Sometimes, we share words of encouragement; other times, we send pics of where we’ve traveled or just everyday life. Leaving the program was tough, but leaving Andrew was even tougher. I am ever so grateful for the time I spent with VSA and Andrew. Without them (Andrew especially), I would not be the positive, heavy lifting, don’t let life's little changes get in the way person I am today. P.S. If I decide one day to return to VSA, I will most definitely choose Andrew as my coach.

I have had such an amazing experience working with VSA and Coach Brian! Before I started working with VSA, my confidence was very low but through nutrition and fitness coaching with Brian, my confidence has skyrocketed. The community and resources available through VSA have helped me gain so much knowledge about being a healthier and more fit vegan athlete!

This reset was exactly what I needed. I worked with Coach Andrew for six months during that time I not only felt fantastic but, had several drastic personal catastrophes all hit at once. My VSA team supported me as I hit every emotion possible. There was never any judgement, just love, support and ideas to help me cope. I built muscle and strength, learned the areas of my life that I wasn’t willing being honest with myself and was able to reevaluate my why. I recommend this program to everyone. Go in with an open mind and participate fully. You will be amazed at what you can accomplish if you stay focused.
