Obsessed with everything VSA!! Finding this community was truly life changing. Having the suuuper personalized one on one support with the full community with me as well is the magic I’ve been missing with other things I’ve tried. Want to do f45 workouts to add to your plan? Sure! Training for a triathlon? Let’s work it in! Want to make homemade pizza every weekend? Go for it! They truly take YOU into account and what you need to be successful and craft and tweak your plan to hit your goals. I can’t say enough great things about the amazing leadership and coaches and the gazillion resources you get with this program. It’s so comprehensive and you truly feel so supported every single day. Coach Sarah has quite literally changed my life and I am grateful I found this program and love being a part of this community!

I will forever be grateful for finding VSA! The individualized program I got was priceless. I found this community after years of trying to lose weight with nothing working. I was partnered with Coach Daphne and she is the most understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable person I have met. She quickly saw my potential and gave me the tools I needed to find it myself. Not only did I lose 45 lbs I gained so much confidence within myself, something I never had before. I now have the tools to continue my growth mindset and to stay on my journey of lifelong health. Joining VSA is 100% the best thing I have done for myself.

This program has been just what I needed to get unstuck. I'd been working out on my own for several months and had hit a point where I just wasn't going anywhere anymore—no fat loss, no muscle gain. I knew something was missing and I knew I could build muscle as a vegan (the strongest man in the world is one!), so I searched for a program that could help me and found VSA. My coach, Chiara is fantastic—so patient and helpful, coaching me not just on my nutrition and workouts but on so many things—mindset, body image, gymtimidation. She's part coach, part therapist! 😊 I've been in the program for exactly two months now and have lost 10 pounds of fat, gained muscle and made leaps and bounds in my strength gains. I'm lifting heavier than I ever have and loving the results. The nutrition app they use is fabulous! It tracks macros, micros, water, sleep, etc., and syncs with your wearable. It also breaks down exactly what nutrients are coming from which meals. It's game changing if you want to really dive into your nutrition. There are so many resources and opportunities within this program that frankly, at the beginning, it's a bit overwhelming. But, it all makes sense after a few weeks, and your coach will explain everything (sometimes, if you are like me, multiple times 😊). It's hard to believe that a virtual training program could work, but it really does. My coach doesn't even live on the same continent as I do, yet she's more engaged, responsive and committed to my success than any other I've known. After a lifetime of dieting and crazy cardio, I'm looking forward to life at a healthy weight with visible muscle and a lifestyle that effortlessly includes sound plant based nutrition and a love of weight training.

Joining the vegan gym has been one of the best investments I've made for myself in my adulthood. Being in the healthcare field, I thought i knew enough to reach my weight and health goals, but after one year of not getting anywhere I decided to reach out for help. I wasnt vegan prior to but i knew i wanted to do this plant based so i went vegan overnight! And I loved it! My coach was Arman and he is fantastic, always understanding and motivating, super knowledgeable. There's so much more I could say. This is a great program, the coaches are top notch, extremely vetted and competent. Im so thankful I found VSA. It has changed my life.

Sarah B. was the most phenomenal coach! Elke perfectly matched my personality and needs when she paired me with Sarah! The last year and a half have been a complete blessing! I have learned to be more confident in myself. I lost weight when I believed I could not. I learned how to construct a workout plan based on the season of my life. VSA is a fantastic organization to join! It taught me how to be my own SUPERHERO!!

I joined VSA in December 2024. I was not a vegan at the time and was pretty much lost as to what to eat to be a healthier person, how to fuel my body with the right things, what to do at the gym to incorporate exercise back into my life, and the list goes on and on. I knew that I always felt better eating a plant-based diet, but did not know how to start doing that on my own. To give a little background, I was told I needed to lose weight, I was prediabetic, and was put on a GLP-1 medication. I was not thrilled about the idea of needing this to lose weight and wanted to find a healthier way. I did use it for six weeks, but had no idea how to eat and was told to focus on protein, so I basically was eating lots of meat and drinking protein shakes. I knew this was not sustainable for the rest of my life, and I also didn’t feel good. My daughter-in-law suggested that I join the program, and I was set up for an intake interview. After speaking with them and hearing about the program I was both nervous and excited. I immediately stopped taking the medication, and was excited for the idea that I could eat and be healthy versus having to rely on medication for the rest of my life. In December 2024 I joined VSA and Tiana was picked to be my coach. The match could not have been a better pick! She has worked with me on every aspect listed above and then some. The education and support that has been given is far above what I expected. Between the one on one calls, the group calls, and just the community of VSA I feel like I am in such a great place mentally, physically, nutritionally, and it really makes me want to strive to continue on the same path. I have only the best things to say about Tiana and all the coaches on our team. I look forward to our coaching calls every week, it helps me to refocus, regurgitate the week prior and see what things could be tweaked, and make a plan and goal for the future.

Weekly coach check-ins with Coach Tiana, nutrition plan that will evolve through the time, team hangouts and team coaching informational sessions. A lot of great things! I was helped immensely to get back to good-for-me workout & nutrition habits and although I would have liked to make more progress during the Ignite phase, Coach Tiana was encouraging and helped me to be thankful for the steps I took. I will always be thankful I made the commitment and I look forward to the Vegan Retreat this summer to meet in person and play heartily.
