Best company to work with! Incredible customer service! Quick shipping! I ordered some clearance vapes for my very first order and they didn’t have 2 of the vape flavors in stock, I received a text message, yes, a TEXT MESSAGE, from them giving me different choices to pick from instead of just cancelling those two vapes from my order like every other company or business out there would do. An actual person and personal experience. I was super impressed and have put in a few more orders since then. I told them that day, they have a customer for life!

4 of the vape do not work. Can I please have a refund?

Love that my addiction can just be delivered to my house and the variety is unmatched in any vape shop. Once they didn't have a flavor I had selected and texted me different options -- love how easy it was. Also, I've been delivered a broken vape and they credited my next order. Then one time an entire package didn't show up (lost in the mail), I contacted them and the customer service person looked into it and sent me a new package. What a relief! Customer service is 5/5 selection is 5/5. Best way to get your vapes 10/10.

This is the only vape store I will purchase from.

I ordered 200 dollars worth of product. They sent me half of the quantity i ordered and not even the correct products! When i finally got in touch with them they said i could either buy those instead or send it back to get my refund because they were out of stock with what i ordered and i would have to wait 30 days if i wanted it. With further contact with them they started arguing with me about getting my refund back. I waited days for the wrong products to show, then they wanted me to wait days to get a piece of paper and wait more days to send the wrong product back just to get my full refund. They are not a willing company to fix any issues or mistakes that they make.
