I usually don’t have issues but this is twice now that I’ve received defective vapes that did not work at all after 2 hits.

Maybe some issue accrued you can contact our customer service number from Monday-Fri 561-463-8546 Just checked and what I found out that it was in transit for two weeks we shipped it out in one day. USPS probably had an issue
