The Vapers WorldReviews of thevapersworld.com

My first order was absolutely amazing. I received the order in 2 days. The flavors were amazing and I received a gift with my purchase. The flavors were strong and fulfilling. I will be ordering all of my vapes from vapers world from now on. They are an amazing company!!!!

I’m a newer customer here and had had only positive experiences. Their selection is one of the best online. Their pricing is fair, and their shipping is fast. They also are almost sprays running sales and promotions. I did need to resolve a small issue with my last order but their customer service was so responsive to my message left (literally within 5 minutes), understood the situation and quickly offered a solution. I will continue to consider Vapers World my go-to online store for vaping. They are really great and truly care about the customer experience.

They have really good prices and lots of products and shipping is so fast like in less than a week even for ground shipping. Highly recommend!

I've ordered from them multiple times; they always have fast processing and shipping (receive packages in less than 1 week). Finally wrote this review because I had a great experience with customer service that I believe deserves some recognition. My all-day vape flavor was out of stock, but there was an error on their website that hadn't displayed it when I placed the order for five bottles. They texted me with suggestions for alternate flavors, but I was super busy that week and very slow at responding, so they sent me the substitute order after offering a refund. I told them I didn't want that because it was all five of the same flavor, and they accepted the package back and replaced it with a list of different selections I texted them. They then shipped it to me using 2nd day air for no extra cost when I let them know I needed to get the package in the next week because I would be out of town. Some other reviews say their customer service is a little slow to answer, but I thought it was quite prompt (1-2 business days). And in my case, I really appreciate how they went out of their way to correct my order and get my package to me quickly!

This is a great shop to order from. They have great prices, decent collection, cool international snacks and good shipping. I've already recommended it to friends and will continue to order from here again.

I order about 13 to 14 vapes and one bottle of e juice but came the day said delivered and went to my post office and they said nothing was in for me then I went tired email the vapor world and still no reply been waiting and got nothing or reply’s no service from them tired calling multiple times reaching out in many ways but still nothing or no help

I had a very disappointing experience with Vapers World. I received e-juice that had clear signs of being expired or degraded—the liquid smelled foul, tasted off, and showed visible oxidation. I am not a new vaper and know very well how e-liquid should look, smell, and taste when it’s still good. My concern was not based solely on the manufacturer date, but on the actual condition of the product itself. When I reached out, they insisted the dates were manufacture dates and claimed the products were still within shelf life, despite the obvious quality issues. What’s more frustrating is that the company has previously been compliant in refunding e-juice manufactured over two years ago, yet in this case they refused to take responsibility and dismissed my concerns with a technical explanation instead of addressing the degraded product. For a consumable product that is inhaled, this lack of accountability and inconsistency in customer service is unacceptable. I expected better quality control, clearer labeling, and a reasonable resolution—but none were provided. I would not recommend purchasing e-liquids from Vapers World based on this experience.

This is absolutely the best place I have ever ordered from. I have been a customer for 4-5 years and have NEVER been disappointed. I don't even shop in town anymore. They have the biggest variety of vapes, vape kits and hardware, a huge collections of flavors, fast delivery, and the nicest, most supportive customer service. They have contacted me via email and text if a vape I ordered was out of stock or on back order. They can offer recommendations to help with replacing, if needed. They have discount codes and specials all the time, along with a monthly VIP membership. There is a variety of different VIP membership packages to benefit all customers. Even with all of the changes, rules and regulations over the years , they still will do anything they can to accommodate the customer They are the BEST!! Crystal H
