Excellent customer service care. They also are very helpful with tracking my orders.. the best thing is they ship my orders as soon as I put in my order.. never had a company to have this much great service

Ordered 12/8/23, received products 12/11/23. Outstanding! However, one of the vapes does not work. It appears the battery is dead and unfortunately it is not the chargeable kind. A second device barely works so it too may be old. I will contact customer service to see if they can help me with these 2 defective vapes.
