I’ve placed an order on 20th of July. I didn’t receive the order. I’ve tried to call or send a text message. The phone nr. It’s disconnected. I’ve send an email, I’ve tried to contact them via chat . No one answered.

Have been with the vape mall for years haven't got a bad situation or ever a bad order yet. All products are very nice, the flavors are excellent, and customer service is excellent. Shipping is very fast and service is very reliable. I found them about 5 years ago and have stayed with them.

I received my order fast I paid for normal shipping estimated up to five days and I ordered mine sometime Tuesday night,I received my order Friday morning so 3 days later and it had a complementary Pen. i have ordered from this company for 2 yrs.something changed last 2 orders the vape juice tasted like sewer water .emailed them asking if they got a new mixoligist and explained my issue after 3 weeks they pretty much said tough
