Took 2 weeks to get my order, and I only received 2 out of the 5 items I ordered. I’d really like the other 3 items ASAP please!!!

Hi Lauren- Someone from our customer team just emailed you. The additional three yoga blocks are being shipped tomorrow. We greatly apologize- there was a warehouse shipping error and they shipped 1 instead of 4.

Had a wonderful phone call to tell me my item would no longer be made, offered refund or talk to supervisor to see if any returned stock might be available for 33 “ heirloom cradle. It has been about two weeks have not heard back yet. Sent a follow-up e-mail. Hope to have this resolved by end of February when we start babysitting new granddaughter at our home.

Hi Jean- We see you saw our email - we had sent over the information regarding the organic bassinet mattress and the measurements of that product. We wish you the best with your new granddaughter.

We could not have been happier with the stuffed animals we purchased. They were attractive, beautifully made, and child safe. The little girl who received them as a Christmas gift was thrilled. Also, they arrived quickly and were well-packaged. Excellent quality and service!
