Bad customer service
Three weeks ago, I purchased 2 sets of sheets from this store. Shortly after, I received an email from their customer telling me that one of the set that I bought was actually sold out. They asked if I wanted to pick a different color or if I wanted to order a different style. I asked if they had anything else similar to recommend and since then, no response. I have been completely ignored wether I tried reaching them (many times) via emails, phone calls, or filling the form on their site. This is not an acceptable way of treating customers. I will not do business with them again.

This will confirm that we let you know that we had tried to reach you and that we will be processing your order for the color you wanted as a substitute. I am happy we connected by phone and we hope you like the 2nd sheet set as well. Hello - We looked into your order and did see that you received one of the sheet sets. As to the other, we wrote to you letting you know which colors were available. If you do not want one of those colors, of course we will refund your order for that set. We are a very reputable company. Please email us at [email protected] and we will will refund you for the other set by the end of the weekend if we do not hear back. We will also reach out by phone tomorrow. Thank you.
