Trams stopped at shipstone Street due to medical emergency 02/03/24 no information available no help offered a complete lack of information. Passenger's took off tram into cold & rain in the dark in a unfamiliar area. So dangerous for a woman on their own told maybe get yellowline bus not helpful when unfamiliar. Really really poor and extremely traumatic for passengers. Net trams should be ashamed of themselves. Also sick of anti social behaviour from youngsters on tram not being challenged due to lack of staff on network, such as vaping on tram and fare dodging need to go back to having conducters on all services to protect vulnerable passengers before someone else gets attacked. We should all boycott this service and go back to the bus.

These tram drivers ..they see you at the ticket machine then deliberately drive off ...then the network complain about people not paying for tickets ....moronzzzzzz

This could be a great transport facility but is spoilt by the lack of security on the trams. Every journey made recently on the trams seems to involve you being exposed to some form of anti social behaviour e.g fare dodging, begging or even physical violence. Although they operators claim to be "cracking down" on this it seems that simply putting notices on the platforms makes zero difference. The fares are constantly increasing and the service provided isn't so perhaps it's time to use the buses to get around the city. At least on them you have to buy a ticket to use them.

I haven't seen a single tram inspector in months, so my tram-hopping plan is a total success!

Where do I start, today got on tram to toton Park and ride at qmc went one stop and told to get off, driver said he warned us but not 1 person heard the intercom at all and tram was whisper quiet, 20 mins to get tram back to qmc to catch the orange 36 taking me a km from Park and ride so I'll have to walk again, 3 times in 3 weeks, I know there not in control of accidents but the way they treat/ talk to you like you're a total inconvenience to them, no support advice or consideration full stop. Shocking customer service, I have a years pass it will be my last with no doubt. I can list probably at least 20 other incidents in just my short time using the trams, i think some drivers intentionally cause issues, I truly believe that.

Overpriced and slow as heck

Nottingham Express Transit are operating a Presumption of Guilt Policy with regard to car clamping on their Forest Park and Ride Site. This is like the post office scandal, but on a smaller scale. My car was clamped when I was lawfully parked at the site causing me huge inconvenience. They have only provided a very vague reason as to why and have refused to provide any evidence. They falsely accused me of fraud and refused to remove the clamp until I paid £140. The signage informing drivers are in green text on a green background (I am not joking). They are small and are posted several meters in the air. The RAC have said that they are totally inadequate and they are. They claim that drivers are not clamped without receiving a warning first. This is simply untrue. The car clamping company are paid a share of the clamping fee. NET have said that if I can prove my innocence to the satisfaction of the car clamping company then I may receive a refund. No mention of an apology or compensation. I have taken the clamping company to court and my hearing is on 18/01/2024. I will update again after the hearing. The court found in my favour and ordered CPS MIdland Ltd. (Thetram companies clampers) to repay me the money that they had unlawfully taken from me along with my costs in bringing the case.
