The Timeless CollectorReviews of thetimelesscollector.com

Extraordinary shop, quality, honesty, value, impeccable delivery ... don't waste time enywhere else, this is the place to go if you are in the market for the best watches....period.

Great company to do business with - very professional and always sensitive to customer's needs/wants.

Great experience, A++++ transaction. Will do business with them again.

I ordered the 2026 Omega speed master moon watch. The watch came exactly what they advertised, very well pack, good price and super fast shipping. I highly recommend this company and of course will keep doing business with them.

I bought a 2024 Rolex Batman that was listed as unworn, but after receiving it and having it looked at, I found out that the watch had actually been polished. I reached out to them about it and they mentioned that they had likely missed the polishing when they inspected the watch. Obviously I was pretty disappointed at first since I specifically paid for an unworn watch. But I do have to give them credit for how they handled it. They let me return the 2024 and replaced it with a brand new 2026 that is actually unworn and unpolished. The situation definitely could have been avoided if it was caught from the beginning, but mistakes happen and they made it right in the end. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled the issue and with the replacement watch I received.

Very seemless transaction and prompt shipment of an exceptional timepiece.

The best part of my newest acquistion was working with Nic. He provided the customer support needed to make a confident transaction. The selection and value The Timeless Collector provides is second to none. -Greg
